You can cancel a future renewal through Stripe billing settings. Paid access normally remains available until the end of the active billing period.
Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed individually. Contact support within seven days of a charge and include the account email and Stripe receipt so we can investigate.
Disputes
If a charge appears unexpected, contact us before starting a bank dispute so we can review it quickly.
